We are currently looking for a Business Development & Programmatic Trading Manager (m/f/d) for our US/UK Market to become part of our team at Joblift & drive our US & UK activities to success!

Your main objectives is to:
Develop our key clients in job boards, programmatics and recruitment marketing agencies being the face of the company in the US and UK
Being responsible for both budget upsells and pricing & customer agreements
Develop new trading optimisation methods based on marketing channel performance and bids level to ensure comfortable margins while meeting your customers' KPIs
Being the main responsible person for both sell / buy of traffic with a clear analytical and programmatic approach
Set up effective reporting and dashboard interconnections with our tools (lookerstudio, backoffice, etc.)
You will be surrounded by strong job industry experts, Business Intelligence magicians
Ideally you bring:
At least three years of experience in Business Development & recruitment programmatic trading roles in the job Industry
You have a proven skill/track records in creating & managing campaigns on programmatic trading job platforms such as Appcast/Clickcast/Joveo
You are familiar with the trading metrics & mechanics in our industry (CPC, CPA, CPA Goal, CVR% …)
Past experience on collaborating/maintaining relationships with programmatic publisher/marketing channels is a plus
Native / fluent in English is a MUST
An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities
US & UK markets affinities will help you in being successful in this position
