For our Commercial team, we are looking for YOU as Customer Success Manager - Programmatics (f,m,d), permanent, with the earliest possible start date and a workplace in Berlin.

 

The exciting tasks that await you with us:

  • You are responsible for the strategic development of the programmatic business of our existing customers

  • You are responsible for steering, optimisation and monitoring of programmatic deals

  • You know how to work with media agencies and their programmatic units and already have a good network in this area.

  • You will independently maintain an in-depth relationship management with your assigned customers

  • You are the contact person for programmatic campaigns within the commercial team as well as for internal and external interfaces.

  • You create customized solution concepts for our partners

 

What you ideally bring to the table:

  • You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in the programmatic environment and knowledge of performance marketing

  • You have experience in all areas of programmatic campaign planning & activation

  • Technical affinity, communicative strength, result-orientation and willingness to learn characterize you

  • You have a high level of analytical skills, a good understanding of numbers and ideally knowledge in the use of business intelligence tools

  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A good command of English is a must

  • A good command of either German or French round off your profile
