Being a Customer Operations Manager at Joblift means having a vital role in customer-related aspects of our business. You are end-to-end responsible for 10+ million jobs on our platform delivered to us by 500+ customers and you’re thus always streamlining and automating our customer-related processes further. With enthusiasm, new ideas and an analytical mindset you constantly increase our customer satisfaction. Also, your colleagues will love you ;)
Your exciting responsibilities include:
- Working with a team of two in a central business function
- End-to-end responsibility for customer-related software and processes, in addition to process creation and optimization
- Developing our operational capabilities, such as integrating new APIs, supporting the implementation of new internal systems & processes and maintaining these
- Negotiating between various business functions, analyzing business decisions and executing new ideas
Ideally you bring:
- At least 1 years of experience in business operations
- Experience with technical issues & systems (Excel / SQL / Google BigQuery / XML ...)
- An ability to communicate & negotiate between different stakeholders
- Project management skills & a systematic way of working and managing tasks
- Fluent German and English skills (C1 and above)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Freshworks (FreshSales, FreshDesk, FreshCaller, etc.) and GSuite
- First knowledge of feed management software such as ProductsUp or ClickCast
- Experience with XML/ basic scripts
- Knowledge of regular expressions (RegEx)
