Business Development Manager, Customer Success - UK Market

Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Growing our business as our face of the company in the UK

  • Working towards customer happiness by taking full advantage of our wide-ranging campaign steering opportunities

  • Closing performance gaps and kicking off multi-departmental projects by working with Performance Marketing, our Search Team and Business Intelligence

  • Generating market and performance insights to further scale and individual customer performance

  • Setting up strong performance reports for our UK customers to provide good customer experience and maintain long-lasting relationships

  • Work directly with our Regional Manager while collaborating with our other international market teams

Ideally you bring: 

  • First experience in a rapid-growth start-up environment, the recruitment industry or consulting

  • At least two years of experience in Business Development, a data-driven Customer Success role or Performance Marketing, ideally within the field of e-commerce or recruitment technology

  • Business fluency in English

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry in the UK is a plus

  • An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients by outperforming expectations

  • Hungriness to take the UK on the next level towards maturity by going the extra mile with a strong desire to win and achieve results
