Customer Success Manager - Dutch Market

Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Being a sparring partner for customers at management and board level in the field of online recruitment marketing

  • Ensuring performance with existing key accounts by actively monitoring, analyzing and adjusting in consultation with the customer and with your direct colleagues - here you take the lead!

  • Expanding existing key accounts in budget, performance and revenue

  • Cross-selling our services to several countries where Joblift is active

  • Expanding Joblift market share with new customer relationships along with the Head of Sales

  • Relationship building with existing partners by being in frequent contact via telephone, Zoom and of course in person - also by attending and organizing events

  • Contract management

  • Shaping the development of a process-driven sales organization by actively sharing your experiences, ideas and knowledge

Ideally you bring:

  • 3+ years experience in a commercial role/recruitment (Marketer) within a recruitment agency, media agency or direct company with high volume recruitment

  • Completed Bachelor / Master degree

  • Passion for online recruitment marketing and commerce

  • English and Dutch skills on a fluent level - an additional language would be a plus

  • A networker, analytical, multitasker, driven, self-starter mindset

  • A unique personality
