Your exciting responsibilities include:
Being a sparring partner for customers at management and board level in the field of online recruitment marketing
Ensuring performance with existing key accounts by actively monitoring, analyzing and adjusting in consultation with the customer and with your direct colleagues - here you take the lead!
Expanding existing key accounts in budget, performance and revenue
Cross-selling our services to several countries where Joblift is active
Expanding Joblift market share with new customer relationships along with the Head of Sales
Relationship building with existing partners by being in frequent contact via telephone, Zoom and of course in person - also by attending and organizing events
Shaping the development of a process-driven sales organization by actively sharing your experiences, ideas and knowledge

Ideally you bring:
3+ years experience in a commercial role/recruitment (Marketer) within a recruitment agency, media agency or direct company with high volume recruitment
Completed Bachelor / Master degree
Passion for online recruitment marketing and commerce
English and Dutch skills on a fluent level - an additional language would be a plus
A networker, analytical, multitasker, driven, self-starter mindset
