Recruitment Agency Sales Manager (UK) (Remote)

Preferable Location: London   |   Full time

Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Identify clients needs, present value, and offer a solution
  • Create a prospect strategy for new markets and implement
  • Driving ambitious monthly growth through sales activities
  • Management of sales campaigns as well as monitoring of all relevant data to constantly improve campaign strategies
  • Build strong partner relationships with clients
  • Working closely with our UK country manager and business leaders to drive the operational implementation of our business model
  • Generate valuable market insights which will help our product team to constantly improve our produc

Ideally you bring:

  • 2+ years sales experience in the same or similar role
  • Experience along the full sales cycle: From identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing the deal
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong network in the industry
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK with this being a field sales role and occasionally to our Head Office in Germany
  • Curiosity, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking with a hands-on attitude
